Remote Meetings

Due to COVID-19, we have decided to conduct all meetings as remote. As this is not our preferred method of customer interactions for some of our customers, it is surely an effective way of communication.


What does remote mean?

This is simply a meeting through the computer with a voice/video conference. Our meetings will be conducted through Microsoft Teams or Google Hangouts.


What do I require?

The only the required from you is a computer with a stable internet connection and ability to listen to sound. If sound isn't available, we are able to replace this with a phone call.


How do I connect?

You will be sent an email invitation for the meeting without team. You will receive an e-mail as follows:


You will need to accept the meeting and client on Join Microsoft Teams Meetingwhen the meeting starts. Once you click on the link, it will take you to the following page:



Click on the Join on the web instead (Unless you already use Microsoft teams). Ensure you allow your browsers to allow microphone and camera use.




Please enter your name in the correct section and click join now. Your adviser will be with you shortly and you should be able to hear them and chat with them.

If Microsoft teams does not work for some reason, we will send you a link for google hangouts.
